Clicking on the “Product Availability” tab will bring up the page used to check current availability for specified products. This tab is the third tab present located on the Navigation Bar at the top/middle portion of the screen.
If the user is associated with only one sold to customer or buying group, the “Select Customer” field will auto populate. This field is, located in the body of the webpage and can be found in the upper lefthand corner of the screen.
Enter the remaining mandatory fields to specify the search parameters. Each field that is located, in the body of the webpage and has an asterisk notated is a mandatory field and must be filled in.
Fill in required fields (each field can be found in the body of the webpage):
Click the “Check Availability” button to search for the desired product and requirements. This is located, in the body of the webpage and can be found at the bottom left of the screen.
The ACCO Material ID, Old Material Number, UPC Code, or Product Description cannot be searched together with a Customer Material.
Use the “Clear” button to reset the search results, only the chosen customer will stay selected. The Clear” button is located, in the body of the webpage and can be found in the lower left-hand portion of the screen with a refresh icon present.
