Employee Personal Information Processing Statement

The types of information that the Company may collect from you in accordance with the law include but are not limited to:

1. Name, date of birth, gender, home address, personal e-mail address, personal telephone number, emergency contact information, marital status, family member information, ID number, nationality, copies of identification documents;

2. Resume, job title, professional experience, work history, salary information, certification or training records in education/training/job skills, background check report;
   简历、职称、专业经验、工作经历、工资信息、教育/培训/工作技能方面的证书或培训记录、背景调查报告；
3. Date of entry, employee ID, payslips, pay, incentives, benefits, social security, bank cards, expense records, work phone numbers, work email, work mailing address, department, pay grade, employment status, employment category, performance history, records of awards and disciplinary actions;
   入职日期、员工号码、工资单、薪酬、奖励、福利、社保、银行卡、费用记录、工作电话、工作电子邮件、工作邮寄地址、部门、薪资等级、雇用状态、雇用类别、绩效历史记录、奖惩处分记录；
4. Security-based video footage in the workplace for security;
   工作场所内的基于安保目的录像视频；
5. Medical certificates, sick leave information, work-related injuries and illnesses, "three periods" for female workers (pregnancy, child birth and lactation), and the required medical information that you voluntarily share with us (this sensitive information is necessary to protect your rights of medical treatment and health and comply with legal requirements);
   医疗证明、病假信息、工伤和疾病、女职工“三期”、以及您自愿与我们共享的医疗信息 (公司需要处理此种敏感信息, 以便保护您的医疗与健康权利并符合相关法律);
6. Photos, videos and social media information that you voluntarily share with us;
   您自愿与我们共享的照片、视频和社交媒体信息；
7. Any other information that you voluntarily provide to the Company.

The Company collects this information for the purpose of enhancing your labor or employment relationship with the Company and for human resources and management purposes.

In order to achieve the aforementioned purposes, we may provide your personal information to the following parties:

1. ACCO Brands' affiliates and other companies or organizations (both within and outside of mainland China) for the purpose of enhancing or performing the Company's human resources management functions;

Failure to provide complete and accurate personal information to the Company may have potentially adverse consequences for you and your future employment/labour relationship with the Company.

Where consistent with national laws and the regulations of the National Cyberspace Administration Department, the Company will, consistent with the law, also provide a means of transferring your personal information to your designated personal information controller upon your written request.
