EU REACH Compliance

Article 33 of the European Union’s Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) (2006/1907/EC) requires ACCO Brands to communicate information regarding Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) that are present in articles in a concentration above 0.1% by weight to its customers and to consumers, upon request.  

The list of SVHC is updated and extended every 6 months by the EU and can be found on the European Chemicals Agency website. 

ACCO Brands declares that its products do not contain SVHCs in concentration above 0.1%, except for the products listed in our disclosure statement below.
